Jess is the founder and owner of Impact Family Services. 

She is a specialist behaviour support practitioner and clinical supervisor. With over 20 years of experience in Out of Home Care and NDIS services, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and has worked in New Zealand's Youth Justice system as well as in the Out of Home Sector in NZ, Queensland and New South Wales.

For the past decade, Jess has specialised in behaviour support, applying trauma-informed and early intervention approaches to assist children, young people, and their families. She is deeply passionate about early intervention and collaborates closely with parents and carers to increase independence and reduce challenging behaviour.
