Hi, I’m Jess, the founder of Impact Family Services and Impact Enterprises Australia.
I’m a mum to a neurodivergent child, so I understand first hand the challenges many families face. Supporting neurodivergent children and their families isn’t just what I do; it’s something I care about, both personally and professionally.
That lived experience sits at the heart of everything we do at Impact. I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be to figure out how the NDIS works and how to best support your child with the right therapies and services. I’ve been there, feeling unsure where to start and just wanting to make the right decisions for my child.
Impact is grounded in honesty, compassion, and practical support that actually fits with real life. We stand beside families through the wins, the meltdowns, the moments of joy, and the days that feel impossibly hard.
I’ve worked in early childhood education and disability support for over 20 years, and I’m wholeheartedly committed to helping children, families, and adults feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
I work closely with my team of practitioners to ensure they share this same commitment, bringing consistency, compassion, and quality to every interaction. Our team uses a trauma-informed approach and stays current with best practice and research, but we never forget that behind every plan, report, or strategy is a real person and a real family.
We’re also proud to work in partnership with the NSW Department of Education, bringing therapy into schools to help make support more accessible and less stressful for families.
Whether you’re a parent, carer, educator, or just someone looking for guidance, you’re welcome here. You’ll find honesty, real talk, and a team who genuinely cares.
Reach out anytime. I’d love to connect and see how we can support you.

We take a strengths-based approach, which means we focus on what your child does well. When children feel good about themselves and their abilities, they’re more confident and ready to learn new things. Instead of focusing on the hard stuff all the time, we build on their strengths to help them grow in a positive and supportive way.

We offer a neuro-affirming approach that celebrates the unique ways people think, feel, and interact with the world. Whether it’s play style, sensory preferences, or personality traits—we see these differences as valid and meaningful. Every experience matters, and we’re here to offer support that respects and honours each person’s individuality.

We are a trauma-informed practice, which means we approach every person with compassion, safety, and understanding. We recognise that past experiences can shape how people respond to the world, and we’re committed to creating a space that feels respectful, supportive, and empowering.
