Feedback and Complaints

We really value your feedback:  both positive and negative and we genuinely want to hear from you.

We want to know what’s working well, what could be better, and how we can continue to improve. We also love hearing the good news and positive experiences, it means a lot to our team.


You can provide feedback or make a complaint in the following ways:

Directly with Impact Family Services

  • Submit feedback or a complaint via our online form (you can remain anonymous)

We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve how we support participants and families.

You can also contact the NDIS if you would prefer to raise feedback or a complaint with them directly:

  • Phone: 1800 800 110 (NDIS National Contact Centre, Monday–Friday 8am–8pm)
  • Email: enquiries@ndis.gov.au
  • Online: via the NDIS website or live chat
  • In person: visit an NDIS office, Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or Early Childhood partner
