If you work with a registered NDIS provider like Impact Family Services, you’ll need to let the NDIS know so they can connect your plan to us in the PACE system. This is called endorsing your provider.

When our practitioners need to travel to your child (e.g., school or home visit), travel fees apply as follows:
We strive to keep travel costs as low as possible. If we can group your visit with another offsite session, the travel fee will be shared with another client (client details remain confidential).
Impact Family Services can charge up to 30
minutes for travel to appointments with a client and an additional 30 minutes for travel from an appointment if it is the last or only appointment of the day for the
clinician.
Travel is charged at half the hourly rate.
