IFS are a registered NDIS Early Childhood Intervention provider

1. Fill out the referral form.
2. Attach the NDIS Plan (no plan = delays).
3. Schedule a 10-minute intake call or complete the intake form online here.

Once forms are done, funding is confirmed, and a practitioner is assigned.
