NDIS Early Childhood Intervention Summary

If your child is aged 0–6 years (soon up to 9 years) and has a developmental delay, disability, or you have concerns about their development, the Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECI) program is here to help.

How We Support Families

  • Family Comes First
We know you know your child best. We work closely with you to understand your child’s needs and what’s important to your family.

  • Personalised Help
Our specialists guide you with simple, practical ideas you can use every day at home and in the community to support your child’s learning and growth.

  • Early Childhood Approach (ECA)
If you’re worried about your child’s development but there’s no diagnosis, we offer support focused on your child’s strengths and backed by research.

  • Connecting You to Community
We help you find local activities and resources that give your child more chances to learn, play, and grow.

Early Intervention

As a registered ECA provider, Impact Family Services offers flexible early intervention services to support children and families in reaching their goals. Our services include:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Psychology
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Therapy Assistance

Our team of clinicians specialises in areas like paediatrics, mental health, and physical disability.

We use a multidisciplinary approach, meaning experts from different fields work together to provide the best care.

We support all plan types—self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed.

For new families and carers, we help your child thrive by:

  • Creating a tailored plan for their needs and goals
  • Developing skills in play, communication, and relationships
  • Increasing independence and adaptability
  • Improving readiness for childcare, kindergarten, and school

Child Therapy at Home & School

Early childhood intervention works best when therapies are provided in everyday environments like home, childcare, or kindergarten. That's why we come to you and your child.

Therapy sessions can happen at home, which is helpful for routine issues, or at school, kindergarten, or childcare if parents are working.

Families can also visit one of our clinics in Sydney and Gold Coast.
